		<description>While losing weight SNAKs should be low calorie but tasty...I have found that the freezer pops make a really great tasty refreshing snak and only 40 calories...not so wise snaks are nuts,cereals, as they (I believe) encourage you to eat more and more...if your snaks are causing you to over eat them , then you have the wrong snak..</description>

		<description>I find having a healthy hobby like excersising is one of the best ways to stop myself snacking. Every time I&#039;m bored and feel like eating, I go for a short run or bounce on the trampoline. When I get back to what I was doing, I&#039;m not only more focused, I also don&#039;t feel like eating! :)</description>

		<description>I know this is going to sound strange, but I overeat snacks that are HEALTHY and I am trying to cut down. I do not eat potato chips, and I know people say a handful of nuts will keep you satisfied, but that is not the case for me. Once I start with a handful of nuts, I just crave them even more and end up eating about a CUP of raw almonds! I once ate a jar of mixed nuts in less than 4 days (38 servings per jar!)

Yes, nuts are supposed to be healthy, only in moderation. I also snack on cereal such as Kashi GoLean Crunch, Wheat Chex, and peanut butter. My snack portions are out of control. It was never about the junk food.. I could snack on grapes, apples, blueberries, oatmeal.. anything healthy I could find and ruin my diet because I cannot practice portion control.

I don&#039;t know what it is. I do not mindlessly eat. When my stomach is full, I stop. But sometimes I&#039;m always in a mood to eat, but my stomach isn&#039;t growling and I have no signs of hunger, except my brain telling me &quot;GET FOOD!! Yum!!&quot; After eating those snacks, I feel full and do not eat again if I do not need to. But it ruins my diet because I eat about the amount of food to manage my weight rather than drop a few pounds.</description>

If you would look again at #13 you&#039;ll see there&#039;s only a legit question if your body needs to eat. Most of the times, we eat just because we are bored, not because our body needs the nutrition. You should have a meal plan calculating you daily necessary intake to avoid overeating, but also to be sure you are providing your body everything it needs.</description>

Thinking that you look fat as a means to keep yourself from eating .. eehhh, I don&#039;t think so.</description>
