					<description>wow, good for you Eighmie!  i am trying to lose l5 pounds and am having the most awful time doing it.  i seem to eat less for a day or two, then just go crazy and buy a huge bag of cheesies or potato chips.  anyway i was going to try this mayo diet... i do like butter &#38; mayonnaise, and all those veggies wouldn't be so bad with a dip.  it's supposed to work ... kind of like Atkins, low carb.  anybody else out there tried this Mayo diet???</description>

					<description>something that I used to carry with me when I was trying to lose weight that ws reallly effective was a card that fit in my wallet, and on it was a simple heart outline,  and a simple stomach outline.  When I went to eat,  I was supposed to pull the card out and ask myself if I was eating to satisfy and empty stomach or was I eating to fill my empty heart... mind...etc.  I cannot tell you how many times I put the food back down and walked away.  I am still overweight,  but when I used this technique I lost weight.  I've also recently found that chatting online has helped me lose weight cause I don't have a free hand to stuff my fat face.  I'm down 38 lbs since december.</description>
