Drink more water

Drink waterEveryone heard that you should daily drink plenty of water for a healthy body, but this is not so easy how it sounds.

Sometimes i just forget because there is so much work to be done, but sometimes I just don’t feel like drinking water because I’m not thirsty. Here is what you can do to improve your daily water quantity:

Mayo Clinic Diet

Although the Mayo Clinic Diet has spread like wildfire and many people say they lost weight with this diet, Mayo Clinic says the diet did not originate at Mayo Clinic, nor is it approved by Mayo Clinic.

No matter the origins, if it works, then it’s a valuable diet and here it comes!

Breakfast:

  • 1/2 grapefruit or 200 ml (8oz) unsweetened juice
  • 2 Eggs any style

What’s wrong with hydrogenation?

Honestly, I like margarine better then butter because it can be easily spread on a toast, even if it’s kept in the refrigerator and (why not?) because it’s cheaper, but if you care for your health you should consider again; I know I am.

What is Hydrogenation?

Hydrogenation is the process of heating an oil and passing hydrogen bubbles through it. Unlike butter or virgin oil, hydrogenated oils contain high levels of trans fats. A trans fat is an otherwise normal fat acid that has been transmogrified by high-heat processing of a free oil. (more…)

Top 15 healthiest fruits

Healty fruitsI find myself a lot of times that I need to eat something, but I know I’m not hungry because I’ve just eaten an hour ago and I shouldn’t eat something else if I’m smart and I’m aware of my goal to lose fat.

Sometimes I can win over this false hunger, but sometimes I don’t and I try to eat at least something that will bring valuable nutritions to my body.

This is my top 15 fruits I have in mind when this is happening:
