The calorie plan is working nicely! I have not lost a lot of weight, but I’m definitely feeling much better. I have some older health problems (my digestive system is not in a good shape) and I work very hard to wipe out every pound. After 2 weeks of counting calories I have lost 1-2 pounds (0.5-1 kg) and I’m still counting.

I don’t have my goals written here…well..except the healthy diets goal (
I decided to lose weight 2 years ago when I started from 162 pounds (74 kilos) and my goal is to lose 45 pounds (20 kg). I had ups and downs in those 2 years and now I’m half way there.

I have been on this new one that I have to say is more like a lifestyle rather than a diet. Friends of mine recommended it to me and I have to say they are right so far. I have lost 60 lbs in two months.
Keep up the great work shedding the true light on all these diets out there.
