Your weight is history!
Well, in a manner of speaking … because you’ll not have to see your weight every day and be terrified of how much weight you still have to lose.
You’ll not be forced anymore to see the three digits weight each time you weight yourself.
The Quantum Scale is a scale you’ll love from the beginning, because it will only show you the weight loss difference and never the actual weight.
How it works
The first time you use the scale, it registers (but does not display) your weight, storing it in the scale’s memory. (more…)

If you are very picky about your coffee, just like me, and you love Italian espresso, cappuccino or latte I recommend you try the Handpresso.

It makes cafe-quality espresso, cappuccino, Americano, and latte for all coffee lovers, with no electricity required.

Cardio exercise is always a part of my workout routine.
I would love to ride a bike in a park or near the city, but unfortunate, I live in a small apartment where a bike couldn’t fit.
Let’s not mention the fact that I live on the fourth floor, and there’s no elevator in the building.
A good solution for people that do want to workout in their apartment is a stationary bike. I don’t know about you, but I get bored fast while pedaling and staring at the wall.
The next best thing for cyclists and top performance athletes and people who (more…)

I’m impassioned about fitness and gadgets and all my dear ones know it.
I received the Power Assist Pedaler as a gift and I want to share my experience with you.
I agree with the producer that says the Power Assist Pedaler provides a power-assisted leg workout for those with limited mobility to help improve muscular strength and coordination.
Just a 15-minute workout per day, while watching TV helps improve muscle strength and burn 160 calories.
The device runs smoothly using a whisper-quiet 18-watt motor that coaxes your legs to cycle without forceful, jerky movement. (more…)

In 2010, after a season filled with long-distance rides, Lou Tortola – inventor of the RoundTail™ – began to rethink the shape of a bicycle frame.
Why had the bicycle frame remained nearly unchanged for so long?
Tortola believed that a pair of continuous rings beneath the rider would absorb road vibrations without compromising performance or lateral stiffness.
He was right and he proved it five months later when his vision became a reality.
Pavement woes can give you a hard time when ridding a regular bike. You could sit on it or you could try the RoundTail bike that redirects the (more…)
