The KE-DietAfter reading a few things about this new diet I got to the conclusion that people would do just anything to lose weight.

Personally, I would never try this diet as I find it very dangerous and the after-diet effects can be some of the worst.

In fact, the majority of the medical world refuses to endorse it because of its very unusual approach especially for healthy people who just happen to have a few extra pounds.

However, since I believe that making people aware of the dangers of a diet like this one the best thing to do is talk about it and not hide it, I am going to present some of its main features.
