Uf, to lose weight….some say it is complicated while others claim that it’s pretty simple.
I think that anybody interested in losing weight should not panic: the world is full of great suggestions and ideas!
For example, I managed to lose weight by combining a raw food diet with a few hours of fitness per week.
To be honest: it was easier than I thought!
Well, let me tell you about this diet. Basically, all you have to do is avoid cooking. 70%-80% of your daily menu should be raw food. This doesn’t mean that you have to be a vegetarian.

A while back I decided to go on a diet and get rid of the few extra pounds I thought I had.
I was advised to involve someone else as well into it, because it can help and motivate, but I had second thoughts about it.
Is it good or bad to diet with someone and use that person as a support buddy?
According to my experience, motivating each other can be good, but you also have to be careful with it.
