The Ideal Weight

Measure tapeMost people would characterize the ideal weight as the weight you’re feeling most comfortable with.

However, I can’t say that I know that many people who actually feel comfortable with the way they look.

Most of them are dissatisfied by their body image.

Some of them have reasons and a lot of extra pounds for feeling like that, some of them don’t. That made me wonder: how much should we weigh and when should we stop dieting?
