Lately, more and more couples I know are dieting together: either they do it just to support their other half or they both have weight problems.
One thing I learnt from them is that dieting with your partner can be a very tricky business: it could go very well or the other way around; you could lose weight and make your relationship more solid than ever or you could ruin both your diet and your relationship.

Summer is the season when we all think about going away on vacation to relax and have fun.
I personally prefer the seaside as a holiday destination, like many of you probably do.
But each year I face the same problem: finding a swimming suit that will hide my tummy or other areas that I’m not very proud of yet. This year I promised myself that I will try to fix this problem, instead of hiding it.

Each time I lose or add a few pounds, my friends immediately notice it by looking at my face.

The most common excuse that people use for lack of activity is the fact that they don’t have time for that.

Drinking coffee is probably one of the best ways to start the day for many people.
The majority of regular coffee drinkers, including my friends, say that it’s a way of keeping them alert and functioning for the rest of the day.
