Emma StoneAmong all the well known Hollywood celebrities and models, there is a young upcoming actress, who enchanted the public with her talent and her great figure.

Emma Stone always manages to look stunning and almost anything she wears looks gorgeous on her slender body.

What is her secret?

Although she jokes about living a sedentary life, Emma invests in her body with her healthy eating habits and her daily training routine.

Walking and hiking

One of her hobbies include walking and hiking in the mountainous regions of California, which is a perfect way to stay in good shape. Whenever she can, she escapes into nature for a walk or a jog.

Rock climbing

She also enjoys going rock climbing at Chelsea Piers in New York, a sports and entertainment complex, with indoor rock climbing walls.

These climbing walls provide easier climbs, but also very challenging ones. It is a great way to tone and work the upper body, but it is also efficient for the legs.

Pilates

Emma also spends her mornings doing Pilates to tone her muscles and build muscular endurance. She also does some weight training exercises with her personal trainer. These exercises help improve her strength; stability and to develop a curvier but athletic figure.

Emma Stone’s diet

She’s certainly and openly against fad diets. As she said in many interviews she doesn’t like hard and long workouts and she doesn’t like starving herself or the type of diets which move her out from the comfort zone.

Her secret is eating right and in right proportions. Green leafy vegetables, lean meat and fruits are the secret of her slim body. She also claims that detoxification diet or vegan diet once a month helps her balance and maintains her weight.

Combining healthy food with active hobbies and a bit of work out keeps her in great shape. Her only temptations are tasty cupcakes, but she surrenders to them only once in a while.
