I think that anybody interested in losing weight should not panic: the world is full of great suggestions and ideas!
For example, I managed to lose weight by combining a raw food diet with a few hours of fitness per week.
To be honest: it was easier than I thought!
Well, let me tell you about this diet. Basically, all you have to do is avoid cooking. 70%-80% of your daily menu should be raw food. This doesn’t mean that you have to be a vegetarian.
You can consume as well milk, fish or other types of raw meat. The accent is on fresh fruits and vegetables. Supermarkets sell products that are cataloged as raw, so don’t worry about not finding the right foods. You can also google for raw food recipes.
Dried vegetable or grains will work great as well. Fresh juices and different types of herbal tea make the perfect partner in this fight against extra kilos.
The benefits are important. Not only that you detoxify your body, but you also keep blood pressure and cholesterol under control. Of course, you have to pay attention to the quality of the foods included in the menu.
In the same time, it is essential to combine this diet with a fitness program.
I like to be creative as much as possible when combining these foods. For example, in the morning a fresh orange juice and some grains make a perfect start.
Every diet comes with ups and downs. Every day could be helpful or not for your weight loss goal. The golden rule is to be balanced and to make sure that your body has all the nutrients it needs to function well.
Don’t exaggerate in one way or another!
