My Fitness Pal

My Fitness PalI have 2 weeks now since I restarted my diet program and it’s the first time I said to myself I would have an intense fitness program as well. I’m going to the gym 5 time a week, I maintain my daily calorie intake at 1200-1400 calories, but I need to keep a good track of what I’m doing.

I searched for what I need, I came across My Fitness Pal and I though I shear it with you.

What I like about it:

  1. With the calorie counter* you just enter the food and it will return the calories, carbs, the fats and the proteins.
  2. You can always see what’s the remaining calorie number depending on your goal and on what you’ve already eaten.
  3. There is a water consumption counter too.
  4. For the exercise diary you can chose to add cardio or strength training exercises.
  5. For both food and exercises you can add in the database what you think is missing.

What I don’t like:

  1. There are no metric measures, but I entered a suggestion and they replied me “We’ll definitely add that to our list”.
  2. I had a problem with adding the strength training, but they were very prompt again and replied to me.
