My Fitness Pal
I have 2 weeks now since I restarted my diet program and it’s the first time I said to myself I would have an intense fitness program as well. I’m going to the gym 5 time a week, I maintain my daily calorie intake at 1200-1400 calories, but I need to keep a good track of what I’m doing.
I searched for what I need, I came across My Fitness Pal and I though I shear it with you.
What I like about it:
- With the calorie counter* you just enter the food and it will return the calories, carbs, the fats and the proteins.
- You can always see what’s the remaining calorie number depending on your goal and on what you’ve already eaten.
- There is a water consumption counter too.
- For the exercise diary you can chose to add cardio or strength training exercises.
- For both food and exercises you can add in the database what you think is missing.
What I don’t like:
- There are no metric measures, but I entered a suggestion and they replied me “We’ll definitely add that to our list”.
- I had a problem with adding the strength training, but they were very prompt again and replied to me.
