New Weight Lose Diet: Eat In 8 Hours
For many people, losing weight seems to be a life goal.
Well, to be honest, it is important to feel good with yourself.
Not to mention how important is for your health.
In consequence, specialist studies are being conducted all over the world, researchers trying to come up with new diets and solutions to this problem.
One of the latest studies in this field reveals a very interesting way to lose weight: eat all your meals in eight hours! Let’s be clear: it doesn’t mean that you have to sit down and eat for eight hours. No, it means that you have to concentrate your meals in an interval of time of 8 hours.
The journal Cell Metabolism published a study from Salk Institute that explains how you can lose weight this way and also reduce the risk of diabetes. Basically, you keep the same amount of calories, the same quantities of food but condensed in 8 hours.
Researchers pointed out the importance of what we consume but also the importance of the moment we eat. The explanation is simple (well, at least apparently simple!): mitochondria processes food in cycles of rest and work. During the pause, they divide. By forcing them to work in this time, their metabolic cycle is interrupted.
During the research, the mice that consumed their nutrients within 8 hours were more active. Results also revealed that this diet protected mice against ‘obesity, hyperinsulinemia, hepatic steatosis, and inflammation and have improved motor coordination’.
So, as you can see our body is an amazing structure. The liver clock will help you lose weight if you respect a strict time window. Of course, it is important to keep a healthy diet and to watch what you eat. When all the pieces connect, the result look and feel good.
