As the summer heat wave kicks in, my cravings go for the light, cold and fruity sweets.
I can’t say I’ve got a sweet tooth, I prefer salty snacks, but a delicious creamy dessert is something I wouldn’t say no to, especially if it’s a healthy one.
The recipe I want to share with you I got from a cousin, who tried this fruit packed dessert on a holiday.
It not only looks great, because the three main fruits that are used have different colors, but it is also a very light, easy snack.

I always thought of Brussels sprouts as the Marmite of vegetables; you either love it or hate it.
Well, I was the latter category.
I never managed to get round the mushy, squishy texture and the very odd flavor.
Whenever I ate out I tried to avoid it as fire.
Recently I got curious about it so I researched it a bit.

I am the kind of person, who can’t really handle heat, so whenever I have the chance, I sneak into a nice shaded place.
I spent my weekend in the mountains, but at certain times it was too hot for me to hike, or ride the horse, but I didn’t want to just sit around on a swing in the shade, I wanted to be active, to do something fun.
Luckily my sister is crazy about badminton so she asked me to play with her.
At first I was reluctant, but it turned out to be very fun, easy to play and the best thing it was, that I didn’t even have to leave my cool, shade.
