		<description>Also make sure you have some snacks at your desk that aren&#039;t junk.  5-10 almonds, some very very dark chocolate, and other nuts work wonders for those cravings at work.  Just dont eat too many nuts as they are packed with goodness.</description>

		<description>Actually, drinking diet soda is worse for u because it makes u crave carbs and makes u more dehydrated.  And the Aspartame in it is worse than real sugar.  Not to mention bad for ur teeth.  Water is the way to go.</description>

		<description>many very good tips.  My one quibble is that diet cola actually makes us crave sweets so I&#039;d go with no cola.  I drink coffee half frozen instead of pop and even with loads of sugar and 1/2 and 1/2 it has about 1/4 of the calories of cola.
