Stay Fit and Strong with Jane Fonda

Jane FondaJane Fonda has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years now and has released and starred in 23 fitness videos, sold worldwide.

Although she recently turned 73, she looks stunning.

The secret is in her work out routines, which she decided to share with us once more.

After a 15 years break, she released another 2 home fitness videos called “Walkout” and “Fit & Strong”.

The videos present low-impact routines, designed to build your strength, burn calories and make you feel energized the entire day.

What’s best about them is that they are addressed to people of all ages, including seniors. For her project, Jane has gathered up a team of professional and famous trainers:

  • Karena Dawn and Katrina Hodgson, owners of the Tone It Up Studio and named “the new faces of fitness” by Jane. They present on her DVD sculpt and tone exercises.
  • Jeanette Jenkins, who is the founder and president of the Hollywood Trainer fitness company and expert on the weight-loss show “Weighing in”. Her clientele includes Queen Latifah, Terrell Owens, Kimora Lee Simmons, Christina Applegate, Carmen Electra, Kelly Rowland, Robin Thicke, Ian Ziering and many others. Her Bootcamp aerobic routine will help you get the legs, arms and abs you’ve always wanted.
  • Tara Stiles is an American model who now works as a yoga instructor. She is the founder of the Strala Yoga; her activity in this team includes presenting a daily yoga workout routine.

With such professional trainers who complete the “Team Fonda” you just can’t fail. Her DVD’s are a blending of different types of exercises, so that you won’t get bored by doing the same thing every day.

The “Fit & Strong” DVD includes two complete workouts, each lasting 25 minutes. These exercises are meant to improve your balance, help you burn fat and calories, build your muscles and strengthen your whole body.

The “Walkout”” DVD presents Kegel exercises, also divided into two complete workouts, for 2 levels. The one-mile walking workouts are easy to follow, anyone can do them and they will help you burn calories in a fun way.

As Jane Fonda herself says, the key to successful aging lies in an active life and regular exercise. So if you want to look like her at the age of 73, take her advice and make a habit of working out daily to improve your body and feel your best all the time.
