Stuffed Mushrooms
This is a recipe that never fails.
it’s really delicious, high in fibers, low in calories and can be adapted easily to your taste.
Choose the largest mushrooms you can find to have enough room for the stuffing. Wash, clean them and remove the stems (I also remove some of the area around the stem as well), but keep them because you will use them later. Put them with the scoop upside down and leave them like that.
The Stuffing
Now take a nonstick pan and put 1 spoon of butter or olive oil, chop 1 onion and 5-6 pieces of garlic. After they are done put 1 tomato, the mushrooms’ steams, all chopped and some seasonings. You can also add a few pieces of baked chicken breast.
Put a cooking paper or an aluminum sheet into a baking tray and arrange the mushrooms with the scoops upside. Fill them with the stuffing and after that add on top shredded cheese. Put the tray for 20 minutes into the oven and turn the heat to medium power. In the last 3-5 minutes turn to maximum heat power and the cheese will parch and it will transform into a lid for the stuffing.
