The Gym and Everything Else
In the past few weeks I was not very active here on DietMotion, but I wanted to tell you all that this is not permanent and I’ll be back in a couple of days.
I started a few extra projects that I must take care of, I started writing on Diet-blog.com (my articles are signed with Gabriela Cretan) and I also started going to the gym.
I have 3 weeks now of running and weight lifting and I feel great. I workout 4-5 time a week, I alternate cardio exercises with weight lifting and in 3 weeks I reduced my fat percentage by 2. I keep my daily calorie intake at about 1200-1400 calories, I noticed the muscles under the skin starting to form nicely, my belly fat reduced and my waistline is more visible now.
See you all soon!

5. June 2007 | 10:58 hThanks Alex! I really started to feel good about myself, but I must catch up with sleep. I’m tired all time and I know this is not good for my objectives.

2. July 2007 | 15:23 hWell done Nessie, I have a good feeling you’re going to reach your goal and get all the rewards that go with that
Get some sleep!
Repeat 1000 times… “I love my bed. I love getting to bed early and snuggling in because I just feel so great the next day!”
I’ll do it too… see what happens.
Take care
Mike.

2. July 2007 | 16:59 hMike, you have no idea how I love my bed!! lol Unfortunately, things do not always work as we plant to.
June was the busiest month for me since I can remember. A lot of new plans started and some old ones needed more attention.
I have also done some medical checks because my knees had difficulties adapting to the new sport routine. Everything is ok now, but I reduced the numbers of trainings from 4-5 to 2-3 a week.
Thanks, Mike! See you around!

2. July 2007 | 20:19 hI’ve got weird knees too
every so often they throw a wobbler for no apparent reason. My guess is it’s the British weather. Damp!
I’ve heard loads of stories of folks who go to live in warmer climes and their joint problems go away.
Yeah, slow and steady wins the race. Keep training — that’s my plan, til they nail down the lid
Plus I always remind myself of the most profound quotation that was ever uttered from human lips…
“Pumping is better than humping!”
