					<description>I've got weird knees too :-) every so often they throw a wobbler for no apparent reason. My guess is it's the British weather. Damp!

I've heard loads of stories of folks who go to live in warmer climes and their joint problems go away.

Yeah, slow and steady wins the race. Keep training -- that's my plan, til they nail down the lid :-)

Plus I always remind myself of the most profound quotation that was ever uttered from human lips...

June was the busiest month for me since I can remember. A lot of new plans started and some old ones needed more attention.

I have also done some medical checks because my knees had difficulties adapting to the new sport routine. Everything is ok now, but I reduced the numbers of trainings from 4-5 to 2-3  a week.
